• Inventories of existing equipment.
• Description of potential energy conservation improvements.
• Financial analysis of potential energy conservation improvements.
• Recommendations on procuring energy in the New York State open marketplace and the options available to generate further cost savings.
• Information on New York Energy $mart^SM implementation incentive programs.
• Energy savings calculations and installation cost documentation.
• General building, system and assumption documentation.

C.J. Brown Energy will review the report with you to explain the energy audit findings and how to move ahead with the recommended energy conservation measures. To assist you in implementation, you can receive the following additional program services from C.J. Brown Energy at no extra cost:

• Assistance in completing the application for the New York Energy $mart^SM Loan Fund Program and the Enhanced Commercial/Industrial Performance Program.
• A list of contractors capable of completing the work satisfactorily.
• Assessment of contractor proposals for the strengths and weaknesses of each proposal, and for NYSERDA program compliance.
