Welcome To The Energy Audit Program
How can you save money and cut operating costs for your business or organization? By saving energy and reducing your utility costs. The New York Energy $martSM Energy Audit Program is the way to get started!
An energy efficiency program of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the New York Energy $martSM Energy Audit Program provides outreach and technical assistance to businesses and other facilities that have less than $75,000 in annual electric bills.* This assistance is designed to help small customers make informed electrical energy decisions and implement energy efficiency strategies.
The Energy Audit Program provides low cost, affordable energy audits, together with follow up and implementation services. There are many great reasons to take advantage of this program:
- An energy audit is a low cost investment that pays off. By making energy conservation improvements now, you can start saving right away — and for years into the future.
- There is easy access to energy audit services. Eligible facilities can obtain energy audits by completing a simple and quick request process. (The Energy Audit Request Form is included on our website.)
- The energy audit focuses on identifying realistic energy efficiency improvements that are cost effective to implement.
- Payback on improvements can be shorter than you might think.
- You receive specialized expertise and knowledgeable assistance on how to cut energy costs and improve energy efficiency.
- Follow up and implementation assistance are included in the energy audit fee. This encourages you to act on recommendations and helps ensure quality results.
- New York Energy $martSM reduced rate loan and equipment incentive programs reduce the cost of conservation measures even more.
C.J. Brown Energy has been selected by NYSERDA to provide Energy Audit Program services in a 20 county region in western and central New York State. We look forward to assisting you and to working with you to reduce your energy use and costs!
